Discreet but passionate brewer, Pierre Jacob offers beer lovers three beers with assertive character bearing the name of Saint-Monon. Homemade and based on natural ingredients, his beers are the result of a careful work and doubtless talent.
All beers are brewed in an traditional way and based on natural ingredients. Three beers bear the name of Saint-Monon: a well hopped amber (a bit bitter, 6.5% alc), a brown rich in perfumes (good sugar-bitterness balance, 7.5% alcohol) and a honey beer a little more full-bodied (sweeter thanks to the particular taste of honey, 8% alc.). The latest born of the family of Saint-Monon is the Mix Hop which offers a mixture of several hops.

The tasting room adjoining the brewery allows you to discover the different types of beers, with at certain periods the possibility of attending their manufacture and doing your shopping.
