Megaliths called "Pierres du Diable" (Devil's' Stones)

The Pierres du Diable (stones of the devil), listed megaliths dating back from between 2500 and 1500 BC, are located at the place known as Inzomet (meaning 'at the top'). These stones are the vestiges of a protohistoric megalithic construction. The results of excavations show that there were six dolmens that were in fact tables each made of three stones, therefore a total of eighteen stones set as a circle. Two thirds were destroyed, probably to cover some paths in gravel, and there are therefore only six stones left on the site. Not far from there, at the top of a little mound of cemented stones, there is a Calvary that should symbolize the 'victory' of Christianity over Paganism.
